Ali & Sons Oilfield Supplies & Services (ASOS)has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)with Interpipe, a global manufacturer of steel pipes and railway products based in Ukraine, establishing a technical alliance aimed at strengthening local manufacturing capabilities.

Under this partnership, Interpipe will provide ASOS with advanced technology, industrial processes, and international best practices, enabling the expansion of seamless pipe production capacities in Abu Dhabi. As part of this collaboration,ASOS intends to proceed with the practical implementation of a green field project to develop a new integrated pipe solutions complex in the UAE.

The planned facility, located in AbuDhabi, will span approximately 200,000 square metres and is designed to achieve an annual production capacity of 250,000 metric tonnes of seamless pipes, supporting the growing demand across the MENA region and international markets.
